Patrick is based in the Southside of Glasgow. His main strength is improving client’s body composition by paying particularly close attention to nutrition. Hormones play a huge role in determining a persons individual dietary needs and Patrick focuses on encouraging people to make a complete overhaul of their lifestyles and approach to food and exercise if necessary. He has trained hundreds of clients with high success rates.
Patrick’s own active background is athletics as a former runner. He has the knowledge to improve clients who are looking to improve their athletic performance, speed, strength and conditioning through structured programmes.
